Shavon Danea | Spiritual Practitioner
Meet Shavon Danea, a Certified Licensed Practical Nurse from Rasmussen College who sought out a greater mission for holistic healing. Through her personal journey with 12 years in recovery, she became a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Shavon utilizes her experiences with childhood trauma & emotional triggers to write and publish self-develpment books. She believes that as we experience life’s challenges, our Universal purpose then becomes guiding others with confidence to break cycles and defense mechanisms. Allowing one to gain a deeper “INNER” standing of their own human behaviors with a sense of acceptance, forgiveness and conscience compassion.
With several years of experience working within administration, healthcare, human reesources as well as banking, Shavon profoundly transforms the industry as a HR Representative. As our HR Generalist, Shavon handles a wide range of responsibilities related to employee relations, recruitment and talent acquisition, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Shavon plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. Shavon looks forward to bringing a redefined work ethic, to our HR department.
Shavon possesses a strong understanding of employment practices and has a deep knowledge of HR policies and procedures. She is skilled in handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive employee relations. Shavon is also involved in managing recruitment and guiding employees as they begin their meaningful career journey within the wellness center.
Shavon bestoes her gifts as a community leader being an Emotional Fitness Coach for Project DIVA; an organization that guides young black girls to self-discovery. On her spare time she loves traveling and expeditions that provide her with insight to self-empowerment. In addition, she fancies cooking soulful and healthy meals and spending quality time with family.
