Meet Rhonda Patenaude, who brings more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience to her role as HR Director. Over the past five years, she has also served as an HR consultant, partnering with growing organizations to strengthen compliance, enhance onboarding and performance systems, and build structured, people-centered workplaces.
Her background spans construction, healthcare, logistics, and professional services, where she has led full-cycle HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and performance management. Rhonda has also supported company acquisitions by guiding due diligence processes, integrating teams, aligning policies, and ensuring smooth workforce transitions during periods of growth and change.
With formal education in Human Resources and Business Law, along with long-standing SHRM membership, Rhonda remains grounded in best practices, sound legal understanding, and strong ethical standards. Throughout her career, she has built and refined structured HR processes—developing clear policies, strengthening onboarding systems, maintaining compliance across federal and multi-state regulations, implementing manager training initiatives, improving cross-department communication, and establishing performance frameworks that promote clarity and accountability.
At the core of Rhonda’s leadership philosophy is a belief in accountability, clear expectations, and doing things the right way. She is passionate about building workplaces where employees feel supported, leadership is aligned, and organizations can grow with confidence.
Rhonda views her role as more than policies and procedures—it is about translating organizational values into daily action. She upholds high ethical standards and operational integrity in every employment decision. She remains accessible and steady, providing guidance and leadership when it matters most. Through structured systems and thoughtful strategy, she promotes accountability, teamwork, leadership development, and employee engagement—helping individuals grow professionally while strengthening the organization as a whole. She approaches challenges with a solutions focused mindset, particularly during times of transition, growth, or acquisition.
Professionally, Rhonda is motivated by seeing people succeed in environments where expectations are clear and support is consistent. She believes that when organizations create structure, lead with integrity, and treat people fairly, positive outcomes follow. Being a steady presence that leaders and employees can rely on for clarity and solutions is what keeps her passionate about her work. Watching individuals grow in confidence and seeing organizations move forward with strength and purpose makes her work deeply meaningful.
Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys staying active and embracing new experiences. She loves biking, which clears her mind and reinforces the importance of forward momentum both personally and professionally. Traveling is another passion, as exploring new places and meeting new people broadens her perspective and fuels her curiosity.
She also enjoys gluten-free baking, appreciating the patience, creativity, and attention to detail it requires. Time spent with her chocolate lab—whether on a walk or relaxing at home—provides steady companionship and a reminder to slow down and appreciate life’s simple joys.
