Heather Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Professional with over 8 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare industry. Prior to this role, Heather served as a Vice President of Clinical Operations, overseeing two behavioral health intensive/outpatient organizations with collectively over 150+ clinical and medical personnel.
Her mission is to help design and enhance clinical operations within behavioral healthcare organizations to contribute to patient success. Her clinical background has paved the way for her roles in leadership, with mentoring staff to become the new generational leaders to helping others with addiction and mental health.
She obtained her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University while enrolled in the Addiction Counselor Training Certificate Program. Additionally, she holds certificates for Student in Field Instruction (SIFI), Certified Clinical Supervision and EMDR. She holds her LCSW license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Heather is a passionate advocate for the individuals and families she serves. On her free time, she mentors associate licensed clinicians who are on the horizon to becoming LCSW’s. She also provides counseling to children and families struggling with behavioral health conditions.
Heather enjoys spending time scrapbooking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
