Meet Tricia Carfagno, who brings an extensive background in substance abuse and behavioral health to her role as Executive Director. She holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Behavior Analysis and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and recovery.
Throughout her professional path, Tricia has worked with diverse populations, including adjudicated youth, individuals with ADHD and autism, young women impacted by human trafficking, and clients struggling with suicidal, self-injurious, and substance use behaviors. Her compassionate leadership and deep clinical insight have guided her success in overseeing both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs.
Over the past eight years, Tricia has served in a variety of leadership capacities, managing departments such as clinical services, counseling, case management, and recovery support. She is passionate about promoting person-centered treatment and ensuring that her teams have the tools, training, and support necessary to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes. In her current role as Executive Director, Tricia oversees the daily operations of substance abuse programs, ensuring that clinical and administrative functions run smoothly and in full compliance with state and accreditation standards. She supervises multidisciplinary teams, drives program development, and champions a culture of collaboration and accountability.
A strong advocate for professional growth, Tricia is deeply committed to staff development—providing mentorship, ongoing training, and constructive feedback to strengthen clinical skills and foster leadership potential. Outside of her professional life, Tricia finds joy and balance in spending time with her husband, their three children, and their two German Shepherds.
