About Monica

Meet Monica Rosskothen, who brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, with a professional background spanning multiple levels of care including inpatient psychiatry, hospital settings, community mental health, university counseling, private practice, and clinical leadership. She earned her

Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from William James College and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges while also helping organizations build strong, sustainable clinical programs.

Throughout her career, Monica has been equally passionate about helping people heal and empowering the clinicians who support them. Her work in leadership has included supervising therapists, developing training programs, improving clinical operations, and expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare. She is deeply committed to building clinical environments where both clients and staff feel supported, valued, and positioned to succeed.

As Clinical Director, Monica blends her passion for compassionate client care with her strengths in mentorship, program development, and team leadership. She works closely with Epiphany Wellness’s clinical team to ensure treatment remains effective, individualized, and rooted in empathy, while also

fostering a workplace culture where clinicians feel encouraged, respected, and equipped to do their best work. One of the most meaningful aspects of her role is helping create programs and systems that strengthen client care while supporting the growth and development of the professionals delivering it.

Monica values creating spaces where people feel supported rather than judged. Whether working with clients, therapists, or staff, she leads with compassion, authenticity, and a strong belief in every person’s ability to grow and change. Through strengthening clinical programming, supporting her team, and maintaining high standards of care, she plays an integral role in advancing Epiphany Wellness’s mission of helping individuals and families build meaningful, lasting recovery.

What continues to inspire Monica most is the opportunity to help people through difficult seasons of life and remind them that change is possible. Knowing the work being done can create lasting impact not only for an individual, but for their family and future, is what motivates her every day.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. Having recently relocated from Denver, Colorado, she enjoys exploring new places and seeking out new adventures. Hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time in nature are some of her favorite ways to recharge. She can often be found out on local trails with her Golden Retriever, Mookie, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Monica also appreciates life’s simpler pleasures such as discovering a new coffee shop, planning her next adventure, traveling to a new destination, or unwinding with a good reality TV show.
