Meet Jared Bogdalek, an Admissions Coordinator driven by a genuine passion for helping young men and women discover purpose while building a foundation for lasting sobriety. Jared brings a compassionate, relatable approach to his work, drawing from his own experiences with youth and family dynamics to foster meaningful connections rooted in empathy and understanding.
Prior to joining the Epiphany team, Jared served as an Admissions Specialist, where he played a key role in guiding individuals through the critical first step of their recovery journey. His ability to meet people where they are, combined with his encouraging and supportive presence, allows him to make a lasting impact from the very first interaction.
Originally from Minnesota, Jared pursued higher education in Moorpark, California, where he also played college football. His leadership skills began to take shape early in his recovery, when he stepped into a leadership and management role within a sober living facility. There, he supported housemates through both moments of growth and times of crisis, further strengthening his commitment to service and mentorship.
Jared plans to continue his education with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist, expanding his ability to support and guide individuals toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through team sports like football and basketball, valuing the connection, discipline, and balance they bring to his physical and mental well-being.
