About Will

Meet Will Campbell, our Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of experience in the substance use and mental health treatment field. He is a licensed substance abuse clinician in the state of Tennessee and brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work. Having walked his own recovery journey, Will is deeply committed to giving back to the communities that supported him and to helping others find lasting healing.

In his role as Clinical Supervisor, Will oversees program coordination and supports staff and client morale, fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and immediacy in client care. He believes in utilizing innovative treatment modalities and collaborative approaches to ensure clients feel heard,supported, and empowered throughout their recovery process.

Will approaches client care with empathy and understanding, recognizing the complex realities of addiction and mental health challenges. He is dedicated to addressing client needs with compassion and responsiveness, ensuring concerns are acknowledged and addressed with dignity and respect.

Outside of work, Will enjoys weight training, running, carpentry, attending sporting events, and engaging in his Catholic faith. He is passionate about helping others and strives to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
