Meet Rebecca LaDue, who began her journey in the mental health field in 2007 as a Supported Housing Counselor. After earning her Master’s in Social Work and becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), she stepped into leadership roles early in her career and has held management positions since 2009. Rebecca most recently served as the Behavioral Health Services Director at a community agency, where she dedicated 16 years of service before joining Epiphany Wellness.
Over the years, Rebecca has received extensive training in evidence-based practices, psychiatric rehabilitation, and the treatment of major mental health diagnoses. Her decision to join Epiphany Wellness was guided by a strong alignment between her personal values and the agency’s mission: to help individuals discover the best version of themselves.
Rebecca brings to her role not only clinical and leadership expertise, but also the wisdom gained from her own lived experience with mental health challenges and substance use. Her personal recovery journey deepens her commitment to helping others reclaim their lives, and she considers it a blessing to share her story in a professional capacity. She often says, “I am one poor choice away from being an individual served,” a sentiment that keeps her grounded in empathy and purpose.
Passionate about growing Epiphany’s mental health program in Massachusetts, Rebecca strives to create spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. She believes everyone is worthy of healing and capable of living a meaningful life.
Outside of work, Rebecca prioritizes self-care and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She especially loves watching her daughter play hockey, exploring nature, baking (her favorite coping skill), and expressing creativity through crafts, coloring, and painting. These activities help her maintain balance and bring joy to her everyday life.
